PB & J Panini

  • 2 slices cut on bias Raisin Walnut Bread
  • 1 tbsp. natural chucky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. strawberry jam
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  1. Begin by pre heating a cast iron skillet or panini press to medium heat.
  2. Slice Raisin Walnut Bread into slices, 2 slices per sandwich.
  3. On one half of each slice spread peanut butter and on the other jelly
  4. Butter each outside of bread and place in pan or press.
  5. If using a pan cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip and repeat on the other side.
  6. Let cool for 2-3 minutes after cooked and serve with a nice cold glass of milk.
