Roast Beef and Ham Sandwich

  • 1 loaf of Panné Provincio® Artisan Bread
  • 8 oz. smoked ham, sliced thin
  • 8 oz. medium rare roast beef, sliced thin
  • 8 bacon strips, crispy
  • 4 oz. jalapeño jack cheese, sliced thin
  • 2 red onions, sliced thin
  • 1 fresh pickle/cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 red leaf lettuce

Chipotle mayonnaise: ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 pepper from a can of chipotle chilies (diced), 1 tbsp. lime juice. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.

Sandwich assembly: Slice bread lengthwise and grill or toast under broiler. Spread half of the chipotle mayonnaise onto inside bottom of bread. Layer with ham, beef, cucumber, lettuce leaves, cheese, bacon, tomato slices, and onion rings. Spread the remainder of chipotle mayonnaise onto inside top of bread. Cut sandwich into serving portions.
